Mixing and Application (1 oz packet) 

• Ratio: Mix 1 oz (1 packet) of Quick Blue with 1.5 to 2.5 fl oz of 20 or 30 volume developer.
• Application: Apply to clean, dry hair.
• Processing: Process for up to 50 minutes, checking every 10 minutes, without heat
